Refund policy

Items can be returned within 14 days if they are new and unused. Products must have the tags and containers that they were shipped in. We have the right to decline full returns if items return to us in a different condition than the one that they were shipped in. Products must return in their original condition for payment to be returned. Items are returnable unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

For Damaged Items:

We have the right to only offer a percentage of the full order price depending on the extent of the damage. We also have the right to deny refunds depending on the situation.
