Return Policy: 

Items can be returned within 14 days if they are new and unused. Products must have the tags and containers that they were shipped in. We have the right to decline full returns if items return to us in a different condition than one that they were shipped in. Products must return in their original condition for payment to be returned. Items are returnable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Items purchased at our storefront, The Pink Chair Mercantile are FINAL SALE. They cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Shipping Policy:

Products are usually ready to ship within 24 hours. There is a standard $5 shipping fee on every order.
